We scan residential homes, commercial buildings, construction sites, industrial facilities, and large-scale properties. Our Matterport MC3004-X and enterprise drone fleet capture any interior or exterior space with millimeter-level accuracy.
How long does a typical scan take?
A standard residential property (2,000–3,000 sq ft) takes 2–3 hours. Commercial spaces vary—a 10,000 sq ft office typically takes a full day. We’ll provide an accurate time estimate after reviewing your project details.
What deliverables do I receive?
Every project includes a fully navigable 3D virtual tour (Matterport), high-resolution photography, floor plans, and a measurement report. Enterprise clients also receive point cloud data, BIM-ready files, and drone aerial footage.
How much does a scan cost?
Our Starter package begins at $500 for residential properties. Professional packages for commercial spaces range from $2,000–$5,000.
