This is an interim privacy notice describing our current data practices in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not constitute legal advice.
Information You Provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter into it:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
- Service of interest
- Property type
- Your message
Where You Came From
If you arrive from a marketing link, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the referring site are held temporarily in your browser's session storage and sent along with your form submission, so we know which channel led to your inquiry. This data is cleared when you close your browser session.
Theme Preference
Your light/dark mode choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it the next time you visit.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance.
Third-Party Content
Some pages embed third-party content: a Calendly scheduling widget, Matterport 3D tours, and images served through Cloudinary. Loading this content may share technical information, such as your IP address, with those providers under their own privacy practices.
How Your Message Is Handled
Contact form submissions are emailed through Resend to our company inbox. We do not create user accounts, and we do not store submissions in a database.
